HUCOG-10000 HP is issued in ampoules and this drug is entered intramuscularly. The active substance of this medicine is chorionic gonadotropin. The dose of the medicine is 10,000 I.U / 1 Ml. To women for the induction of an ovulation are prescribed 5000–10000 IU at a time, to stimulate the function of the yellow body - 1500–5000 IU for 3-6-9 days after ovulation. For men - 500–2000 I.U once a day, 2-3 times a week for 1.5–3 months.
It has a gonadotropic, mainly luteinizing effect. Treatment is carried out under the supervision of a qualified doctor having experience of therapy of endocrine disturbances.
This medicine stimulates the production of sex hormones in testicles and ovaries. Stimulates ovulation in women and spermatogenesis in men.
